Our Story
Lotic is the passion project of founders, Rebecca and Micah Wait. With rich backgrounds in the alcohol beverage industry and aquatic conservation, they came together to create a boutique wine company that marries their professional skills and personal passions.
When they decided to start Lotic, they wanted it to be more than just a sustainable wine company. They envisioned a catalyst for greater impact, engaging with and supporting organizations that work to protect and restore the healthy, wild waters that sustain us all.
Our Mission
Healthy rivers, clean lakes, and protected wetlands are crucial to our health, our planet, our culture, and our economy—not to mention the wine industry.
For every bottle of certified sustainable Lotic Wine purchased, we donate 5% of our sales to support organizations working to protect, restore, and ensure equitable access to these vital water systems.

Our wines are certified sustainable through The Lodi Rules for Sustainable Wine Growing, one of the strictest standards in the industry.
